Ms. Schaffer grew up in sunny Central Florida. She attended the University of Florida where she received her Masters and Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. She is a huge Gator fan and loves watching college football! Ms. Schaffer has taught fourth grade for five years in Orlando. This summer she moved to Broward County and is so excited to teach third grade at such a wonderful school!
When Ms. Schaffer isn't teaching she loves to travel, listen to music, read at coffee shops, and attend live events (such as sports, concerts, comedy, and theater). She is thrilled to announce that she will be getting married on January 23rd to Mr. Orvieto!
